About the Job Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Formation, Faculty, and Theological Foundations (F3) team!

Reporting directly to the Manager of Formation Strategy, you will provide high-level executive support to the Director, the Manager of Faculty Relations and Development, and other core and affiliate faculty. In this role, you will provide logistical support, facilitate communication, and streamline internal efficiency to maximize the time of the team and Faculty.  In addition, you will support the F3 Team with project management, seeing projects from initiation through execution so that project goals are met and the project stays on budget. As the point of contact for F3 projects, you’ll be asked to facilitate cross-team coordination and communicate with key stakeholders. Lastly, you will support special projects as initiated by the F3 Director. 

What You’ll Do…

  • Supervise F3 team projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflows on track; review project RASCI to coordinate with external project leads to align project schedules, milestones, task due dates and estimated hours, and translate to projects in Asana. 
  • Schedule and participate in F3 team project meetings; document and follow-up on important action items and decisions. 
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison for communication to the Director and Faculty’s schedules.
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the F3 and faculty including but not limited to: communicating with faculty, managing calendar appointments for select Core Faculty members, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging travel plans and itineraries, and compiling documents for meetings, projects and events.
  • Work with F3 Team to obtain individualized insight of each Faculty member’s work and their individual working/teaching styles and expertise in order to serve and represent them effectively to other programs in CAC being able to anticipate needs, prepare for problems and create back-up plans.
  • Manage documentation process for the department, including organization/integrity/maintenance of shared file servers and filing/organization of outstanding contracts and royalty agreements.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and decorum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of project coordination experience and administrative support.
  • Proficient with office management systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • The ability to quickly learn the basics of the CAC’s educational offerings, teaching, and landscape, with the intention to move from mission curiosity to mission competence. 
  • Experience at email and calendar systems, such as Outlook.
  • Experience with video and teleconference tools, such as Zoom.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and tools such as Teams, Asana and Salesforce, preferred.
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality.

This is an exempt, full time position scheduled to begin as soon as possible. Ideally, this position works on-site in our Albuquerque office, but remote candidates will also be considered for this position. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package for full-time staff positions.

At CAC, we are pleased to offer a salary range of $48,400 - 60,500 (based on experience) for this position. CAC salaries are one part of a generous total rewards package that also includes industry-leading flexibility, benefits, and paid leave. Salaries are established based on a grade system designed to ensure competitiveness with industry standards as well as pay equity. Final salary will be determined based on the specific qualifications of the candidate in relation to the salary grade and predetermined criteria.
